Why is fitness important?

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

I know , I know.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Does the Lil Wayne song ‘Lollipop’ refers to a Lollipop sweet or a metaphor?

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

That’s what fitness does to you!

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

What does it mean when your husband comments and likes other women on social media? He has private IG and TikTok accounts that I have no access to. He has saved videos and pictures of women on his phone.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

It has been said that people with ADHD can often hyperfocus. Can that be an advantage?
